Payment must be made in advance and proof sent no later than 4.30pm the day before the event (valid for events lasting less than 24 hours). Payment must be made to the NIB indicated when we replied to your enrolment. <strong>Please always send us proof of payment by e-mail<\/strong>. Payment in cash on the day of the activity may be accepted under certain conditions, which are explicitly stated in the registration form. In this case, please bring the correct amount for the activity. Please note that we cannot guarantee personal accident insurance in this case.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>All proofs of payment that reach us after 4.30pm on the day before the event in question does not entitle the participant to be included in the Personal Accident Insurance inherent to the activity.<\/strong><\/span>. Please enter the word Cancellation in the SUBJECT box, and in the text indicate the event in which you wish to cancel your participation. However, please check beforehand, especially when hiking, that you are physically fit enough to do so. Depending on the characteristics of each route, the event organisers will decide whether it is possible for your dog to take part. If authorisation is not requested, the Walk Guide may not authorise your dog's participation in the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We ask pet owners to always bring their dog's collar and lead, as there are routes that pass through urban centres and farms, and at any time can lead to encounters with other animals.
