The events of Walking have been designed for different types of people, so all that is needed is adequate physical fitness and, above all, a special love and motivation for walking. Level 1

Level 1 walks are aimed at everyone, they are those where you don't walk long distances or up steep slopes and they usually take place on even ground.

Level 2

Level 2 hikes are still aimed at everyone, but the distances are a little longer and there may be some climbs and descents that require a little more effort and physical skill, although you don't need to be very physically prepared.

Level 3

Level 3 walks are suitable for the vast majority of people, but it's important to be in good health and reasonably fit. In addition, the motivation to overcome one obstacle or another is always an asset. It's normal to encounter some steep gradients and possibly some slightly more difficult terrain, although nothing transcendent.

Level 4

Level 4 walks are aimed at anyone who is relatively fit and does some physical exercise or walks regularly. These walks may have steep gradients at various stages of the route and sometimes rougher terrain.

Level 5

Level 5 hikes are aimed at people who usually hike, who are well prepared physically, who are able to withstand the effort and who have high levels of motivation and endurance. On these hikes there are usually uneven areas and the terrain is bound to be technically difficult. In this case, we're usually talking about hikes of more than 30 kilometres.
