This proposed walk starts at the Arrimal CCRD and goes along the Serra da Lua, where you'll be treated to magnificent views of the Serra de Aires e Candeeiros Natural Park. Another event not to be missed!

Arrimal and the Serra de Aires e Candeeiros Natural Park:

We'll cover 10 km on this circular route, full of magic and legendary interpretations, which owes its name to the lace of the mountain, which we'll walk along, thanks to the dry stone walls and the tradition of the local people of going to see the moonlight at the highest point of the mountain, which in spring offers us a palette of colours that leaves us impressed and where the legendary, rare and protected albardeira rose grows, and in autumn it's covered in a thousand and one colours. It starts at the Arrimal CCRD, next to the Pequena do Arrimal lagoon, and takes us from the starting point, along dirt tracks and lacy trails to the highest point of the mountain, from where we can see 360º breathtaking views of Extremadura and Ribatejo, and then spot the famous, enigmatic and mythical “stone spiral” which dates back to 1988.
