This walk starts in Costa da Caparica, on Av. 1 de Maio, near the roundabout behind the restaurant "O BARBAS".

This hike offers an experience that combines the natural beauty of the coast with the history of the region, making it an unmissable opportunity for anyone who loves challenging hikes and fascinating landscapes.

We started at Costa da Caparica, where the sea and the beaches intertwine with the local culture. The first part of the route takes us to Cova do Vapor, A typical fishing village, with its vibrant colours and where the simplicity of everyday life blends with local authenticity.

We headed towards Alpena Fort, This is where we can enjoy the panoramic view and its visit allows us to travel back in time while enjoying the stunning natural scenery. We pass the Capuchin Convent, It is a symbol of spirituality and tranquillity, surrounded by dense vegetation and a serene environment, ideal for a short break from walking. We continue along the Arriba Fossil, one of the region's most remarkable geological formations, whose thousands of years of history are visible in the layers of the cliff.

Next, we went through the Walkways in Mata dos Medos, Another relaxing moment on the walk with a view over the ocean. After this passage, we descend to the beach of Fonte da Telha, where the return to Costa da Caparica, It's a 29-kilometre route of pure adventure and contact with nature.
